Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

used or washed products

Damaged products due to customer misuse

customized or personalized items

Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once the refunds are processed, they will be within 5-6 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Exchange

If you receive a wrong size, defective product, or incorrect items, you may request an exchange subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Return Shipping 

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product sent by Fresh Fabric.

Cancellation Policy 

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
